Men historically have always had problems with Righteous Judgement – so it should come to almost no ones understanding that we are weak and fallen by sin and by nature… the natural man is an enemy to God – and has always been so – unless he Repents and comes to God, in God’s way an not in mans way… Christ has said I am the way – come unto me – not in your way but in my way.. Through faith and repentance – with ordinances and gift of the Holy Ghost – enduring to the end in Righteousness…

15 For behold, my brethren, it is given unto you to ajudge, that ye may know good from evil; and the way to judge is as plain, that ye may know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night.
( Why are we so poor in righteous Judgement? Because we are sinful and fallen but we can repent and come unto Christ – and work out our salvation! Notice – Moroni will show us how to judge in part… )
16 For behold, the aSpirit of Christ is given to every bman, that he may cknow good from evil; wherefore, I show unto you the way to judge; for every thing which inviteth to do good, and to persuade to believe in Christ, is sent forth by the power and gift of Christ; wherefore ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of God.
( I must warn you or any one – Christ told us in the Doctrine and Covenants – that in Doctrine and Covenants 10 we read – “37 But as you cannot always judge the arighteous, or as you cannot always tell the wicked from the righteous, therefore I say unto you, hold your bpeace until I shall see fit to make all things known unto the world concerning the matter.” Simply put we need to grow in Righteous judgement – by calling or by the spirit – or by time for us to see the fruits of these people – GENERALLY – the spirit which helps you come into the Christ’s church and follow it’s leaders – repent of your sins and forsake evil – is of GOD, if your heart is right before God and you are humble and faithful – there will always be problems with selfish desires – lack of understanding and wisdom – this is why we need – to humble ourselves and seek the wisdom of God – generally through fasting and time.)
17 But whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do aevil, and believe not in Christ, and deny him, and serve not God, then ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of the devil; for after this manner doth the devil work, for he persuadeth no man to do good, no, not one; neither do his angels; neither do they who subject themselves unto him.
( If men do NOT believe in Christ it’s because of False traditions and wickedness of men – of Course Satan or Lucifer – doesn’t do any good of any sort! )
( If you fight against his servants or his church or his people – you can be assured that these individuals are not of God – but even more importantly members on the inside that backbite, gossip, don’t sustain church leaders, or in any other way speak evil of the Church members or leadership are on the path to apostasy, period! )
18 And now, my brethren, seeing that ye know the alight by which ye may judge, which light is the light of Christ, see that ye do not judge wrongfully; for with that same bjudgment which ye judge ye shall also be judged. ( So be very careful about how and what you judge in others! )
19 Wherefore, I beseech of you, brethren, that ye should search diligently in the alight of Christ that ye may know good from evil; and if ye will lay hold upon every good thing, and condemn it not, ye certainly will be a bchild of Christ.
( The key words here are – SEARCH DILIGENTLY IN THE WORDS OF MODERN PROPHETS AND MODERN SCRIPTURES – TO KNOW THE TRUTH– INSIDE YOUR OWN HEART AND DESIRES AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF OTHERS – GOD ALWAYS KNOWS THINGS ABOUT US THAT OTHERS DO NOT! )
20 And now, my brethren, how is it possible that ye can lay hold upon every good thing?
21 And now I come to that faith, of which I said I would speak; and I will tell you the way whereby ye may lay hold on every good thing.
** This is a special faith – an inspired faith and work – through the restoration and with a higher use of the Holy Ghost – you are seeking for this higher truth – that has come through prophets and through modern scriptures of the Restoration…**
22 For behold, God aknowing all things, being from beverlasting to everlasting, behold, he sent cangels to minister unto the children of men, to make manifest concerning the coming of Christ; and in Christ there should come every good thing.
( God Sent Prophets – both Past Prophets as Angels to restore sacred truths and priesthood keys – rights to the Temple and these covenants – that can only be broken through sinful acts of men – Because GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED! )
23 And God also declared unto prophets, by his own mouth, that Christ should come.
24 And behold, there were divers ways that he did manifest things unto the children of men, which were good; and all things which are good cometh of Christ; otherwise men were afallen, and there could no good thing come unto them.
25 Wherefore, by the ministering of aangels, and by every word which proceeded forth out of the mouth of God, men began to exercise faith in Christ; and thus by faith, they did lay hold upon every good thing; and thus it was until the coming of Christ. ( Again this is a special Faith of search seeking and finding the Restored Truth! )
26 And after that he came men also were asaved by faith in his name; and by faith, they become the bsons of God. And as surely as Christ liveth he spake these words unto our fathers, saying: cWhatsoever thing ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is good, in faith believing that ye shall receive, behold, it shall be done unto you.
( This is not only a higher faith and higher Righteousness but greater wisdom and diligence – then most people have done… therefore they are closer to God and have GREATER LIGHT! )
